Charitable Giving and the Class of 1973 Secretary

The RMC Foundation would like to give special thanks to 9721 David (DB) Snook, Secretary of the Class of 1973, who has been a donor to the RMC Foundation since 1975. He has provided significant support to the Class of 1973 Old Brigade Fund ever since.

In December of 2018, David made a very generous donation to the Old Brigade History and Coin Fund that will ensure the long-term viability of providing cap badges and coins to first-year recruits. David decided to make this donation after taking part in the Badging Parade at RMC during the 2018 Reunion Weekend.

Most recently, David has chosen to start providing monthly donations to our Truth, Duty, Valour Fund. The TDV fund provides the most flexible funding options to the Commandants of the Royal Military Colleges.

When asked why he chose to donate to the Foundation, David responded: “The four years I spent at RMC was a life-altering event for me. It just made perfect sense that I should give back to the Institution that has contributed so much to my own personal and professional development over the years.”

Thank you David for your continued support of our future leaders.
